I started working for Engage in 2014. In my role as the People & Talent Manager, I lead the HR team and head up the start-to-end hiring process. Since joining, I've played a pivotal role in our growth and establishing Engage as a leading employer in the UK. 

Engage gave me the opportunity in a field that I was passionate about early on in my career, which has enabled me to progress and support others who wish to do the same. I enjoy being part of an ambitious company and take pride in being part of a high-performing operations team.

I joined Engage in November 2014, and my role has evolved alongside the growth and changing needs of the business. I started at Engage as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and Mentor, developing our London-based resourcing team.

Since then, I’ve moved into team management, leading various teams including Talent Acquisition and Candidate Success, before recently moving into my current role as Operations Manager.

As a key member of the People team, I have broad responsibility across HR, Learning & Development, safeguarding and wider business projects. I’m passionate about creating a positive employee experience, developing people and helping the business and its people to thrive through good people practices, learning and development, and working collaboratively across teams.
